Kaoru is the younger Hitachiin twin and the one who plays the uke role in their brotherly-love game that their clients love so much. The Hitachiin Brothers are as rich as hell, having a private beach resort overseas and all that. They are also both troublemakers and mischiefs, though Haruhi once said that Hikaru is one level more evil than Kaoru, so I guess it can be safe to say that Kaoru is the more sane twin. Relatively. XD
You can distinguish Kaoru from Hikaru though his hair: when facing the screen, Kaoru's hair is the one with a right hairline part, so that most of his hair is combed to the left. Also, in the anime, Kaoru's voice is higher than Hikaru's.
