    Ouran Koukou Host Club is otherwise known as Ouran High School Host Club, and started off as a manga created by Bisuko (Bisco) Hatori. Studio BONES then adapted it into an anime, which premiered on April 4, 2006 in Japan.     Ouran Koukou Host Club is a romantic comedy (er, and just comedy sometimes XD). The story starts with Fujioka Haruhi, a student on a scholarship at the prestigious and exclusive Ouran High School. Haruhi comes from a middle-class family, which unfortunately means dirt-poor in terms of the other students in Ouran. Haruhi accidentally encounters the Host Club while searching for a quiet place to study, and breaks an eight-million yen vase the club was supposed to auction. Because of this, Haruhi has to work for the host club and serve 100 customers to pay off the debt. Oh, and did you know that Haruhi has a little secret? XD
